Indigenous Allyship at Microserve

Honouring Indigenous Voices. Strengthening Community. Committing to Change

Our Impact: Moving from Awareness to Action

Microserve’s Indigenous Allyship efforts are grounded in continuous learning, meaningful community relationships, and actions that contribute to reconciliation. What began with one employee taking initiative has grown into a dedicated, employee-led committee that continues to guide this work across our organization. Today, this has become an ongoing commitment woven into our culture—where learning fuels action, and those actions honour our responsibility to reconciliation while driving real, lasting change.

Community Engagement & Fundraising

Our commitment to reconciliation lives in our actions - supporting Indigenous events, contributing volunteer hours, and nurturing community relationships rooted in humility and respect. We remain committed to showing up with humility and building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities with fundraisers run year-round.

Education and Awareness

Our Indigenous allyship blends ongoing learning with tangible support, honouring Indigenous voices while contributing directly to the strength and future of Indigenous communities. This commitment is shaped by listening, accountability, and action that extends beyond words.

Procurement with Purpose
