- Excellence in HR Team Performance (Fewer Than 500 Employees)
- Excellence in HR Communication & Change Strategy
The dual recognition acknowledges the contributions of Microserve’s HR team and its commitment to building a strong employee experience through collaboration, thoughtful communication, and effective change management.

An independent panel of judges will evaluate the Excellence Awardees against the awards criteria, with the combined scores determining the winner in each category.
The winners will be announced during the Canadian HR Awards gala on October 1, 2026, at Rebel Toronto.
