Both Microserve and ThinkTel are official Microsoft Partners, and with this partnership, Microserve continues to deliver on its commitment to expanding its Microsoft service offerings.
Microsoft 365 Business Voice is Microsoft’s O365 phone solution. Business Voice is a cloud-based solution within Microsoft Teams that provides users with phone VoIP capabilities such as call forwarding, call holding, audio conferencing, and more.
Microserve partners with ThinkTel due to its unique position in the VoIP market. ThinkTel is the only telco and Microsoft Partner to “develop a carrier hosted SBC certified for Direct Routing to Microsoft Teams” in Canada.
