Deploy
We maintain a large pool of qualified technicians, highly proficient in managing and performing hardware deployments and replacement projects on an ongoing basis for a continuous refresh approach, as well as on shorter projects. We successfully ramp up and execute projects quickly and accurately for high volumes of systems across wide geographic areas.
Maintain
Our key differentiator is our breath of field support for multiple locations. We maintain a wide network of multi-skilled technicians for break/fix services, install/move/add/change services, end-user support, end-user database and device management.
Retire
We decommission and remove old systems – or we can either move them to your asset disposal centre or to a Microserve Asset Recovery Centre to be quarantined prior to disposal. We are committed to protecting your security to ensure no information on any equipment will be exposed to risks of confidentiality or privacy, while minimizing harm to the environment.
