IT Security Services for The Province of BC
Vancouver, BC – Microserve is pleased to have been awarded a Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSA) for the provision of IM/IT Security Services by the Province of BC in the categories of Digital Forensics and Penetration Testing.
Digital Forensics includes consulting, evidence acquisition and examination in relation to incident response or actual incident response and investigations themselves.

- Reporting on Digital Forensic Findings
Penetration Testing involves an attempt to gain access to the organizations’ infrastructure through other means of access without knowledge of access credentials. Testing should be done by multiple testers (i.e. Red Team, Blue Team and Purple Team). The expected penetration testing includes:
- Black Box Testing
- White Box Testing
- Gray Box Testing
This service also includes reporting on vulnerability findings.
Organizations that are eligible to access the CSA include all public sector organizations in BC, including school districts, Crown Corporations and Municipalities, as well as First Nations and not-for-profit organizations, as well as others.
